We are R esponsive We have I ntegrity We are D ynamic We exhibit E xcellence PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the management and execution of daily department operations through defining, creating, and executing market and opportunity data analyses. Work with international teams to assess country-by-country markets and contribute to global strategy development. Gather, organize, and analyze data related to potential business expansion opportunities and market weaknesses. Support the development and execution planning of aftermarket sales strategies. Perform market, channel, and product line performance analyses, identifying gaps, risks, and actionable insights. Create country-specific market assessments and support the development of strategy documents in collaboration with a mentor. Assist with project management for selected initiatives, including parts procurement projects in coordination with Supply Chain Management. Utilize databases, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and data analysis tools to support business insights. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Gain firsthand exposure to security clearance processes, Common Access Cards (CAC), and government credentialing. Observe and learn the management of a physical security services provider. Participate in community involvement initiatives within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Learning & Development Opportunities Internship responsibilities will be molded to the intern’s prior experience and personal goals for learning, professional growth, and skill development. Gain exposure to data science applications, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools in a real-world environment. Develop practical experience in international market strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with experienced professionals and mentors in Business Development, Supply Chain, and Strategy.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, junior or senior standing preferred .
  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, International Relations , or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and work instructions.
  • Ability to analyze data, organize information, and document findings accurately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

  • must be able to occasionally exert oneself physically over long periods of time, including performing repetitive or strenuous tasks as well as standing and sitting for long periods
  • This position will work with others to ensure efficiency in the workplace
  • This position will need to understand how to use machinery properly and safely to prevent accidents and ensure all tasks are completed accurately
  • Managers assign tasks and responsibilities, which vary; this position should be able to follow instructions competently
  • Production lines follow a set process, so this position needs a methodical approach to ensure all tasks are completed in the correct order for a smooth-running production line
  • This position may perform the same or similar tasks repeatedly, so a strong level of concentration when carrying out these tasks is important for quality control purposes.
  • This role is often fast paced, so being able to maintain focus at all times is important
