About The Position

Source Agricultural parts from Polish and European suppliers.
Handle one-off procurement requests and turn them into repeat, contractual supplier relationships.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers, with focus on reliability, pricing, and availability.
Gain experience hegotiating pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships — you enjoy negotiation and long-term value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (business, supply chain, economics, engineering, or similar) — completed or in final year.
• Native/Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and strong English.
• A natural relationship-builder — you enjoy conversations, follow-ups, and helping people.
• Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and following up persistently.
• Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and decisions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice To Haves

• Any prior experience in procurement, supplier management, or operations.
• Experience sourcing industrial, technical, or spare parts.
• Understanding of contract negotiation or framework agreements
