A Day in The Life: The candidate chosen for this position will assist with assignments across three categories within the flagship brand team: Youth and culture, social media, and Consumer promotions.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational management skills, ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
  • Able to work effectively and courteously with the brand team and other depts as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office products (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
  • Must be self-motivated and show an eagerness to learn.
  • Currently majoring in business. Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Copy writing, deck building, and deck design
  • Fulfillment of product and pos orders
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to provide market intel or unique ideas
  • Creative Asset Management
  • Assist with youth and culture initiatives
  • Consumer Promotion Insights and research on best practices
  • Consumer Promotions Recaps
  • Research Social Media Trends and Insights
  • Develop social Media Ideas around creative content
  • Conduct market research with a focus group of peers
  • Complete a capstone project with a recommendation of how monster can better reach the gen z audience
  • Recommendations for general process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned by the team/ team leader
