About The Position
The Universal Destinations & Experiences Internship Program offers interns hands-on experience in the operation of theme parks. Interns will learn to navigate the challenges of operating highly technical attractions while working directly with Team Members, Guests, and members of Attractions Management. The internship combines networking, functional training, mentorship, and leadership training. The Attraction Operations intern will support global initiatives including Service, Safety, and overall Team Member experience.
