About The Position

At Shive-Hattery, you’ll be treated as a full-time staff member with access to the same opportunities for learning and growth. You’ll work on actual client projects, where your contributions will directly impact both Shive-Hattery and the community. This experience will help expand your professional skill set and strengthen your portfolio, setting you up for future success. As an intern, you will be paired with a mid-to-senior level employee who will serve as your mentor. This mentor/mentee relationship is designed to foster a supportive environment where you can candidly discuss your career goals and aspirations. Our one-on-one informal mentoring approach fosters the development of professional relationships that complement your academic learning, enriching your overall internship experience. As an Architectural intern you will work on a variety of project types. These experiences will provide insights into the profession, collaborative teamwork, and serving the needs of our clients.
