Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Design and Verification Support: Contribute to the design, simulation, and verification of analog/digital mixed-signal IP using the Cadence suite of tools Test Bench Creation: Develop mixed-signal test benches and perform simulations on various SoC scenarios using Cadence Tools Functional Verification: Perform functional verification on digital multiphase buck controllers, integrated power stages, and power management circuits for voltage regulator designs Silicon Bench Evaluation: Conduct silicon bench evaluations to fully characterize IC performance, document results, and prepare validation reports Random Testbench Development: Build scalable and reusable constrained random testbenches using object-oriented methodologies like SystemVerilog/UVM Collaborative Design: Work with analog and digital IC design experts and cross-functional teams to improve unit architecture and system performance Skill Development: Learn and develop analog/mixed-signal design techniques through contributions to next-generation IP development Innovative Product Exploration: Assist in the design of cutting-edge products that aim to set benchmarks for the industry Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Actively pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering Design Tools: Hands-on experience with Cadence tools for schematic creation, netlist generation, and simulations Programming Skills: Python programming experience to automate workflows Operating Environments: Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, including shell commands and editors Hardware Verification Languages: Familiarity with SystemVerilog/UVM and experience debugging firmware at the RTL level Hardware and Software Co-Verification Skills: Knowledge of microcontroller-based testbenches and firmware/hardware co-verification Lab Proficiency: Practical experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters (DMM) for IC testing and evaluation Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Find out what we are looking for in your CV Find out how the student application process works with us Discover our student website #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization. Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Cadence tools for schematic creation, netlist generation, and simulations
  • Python programming experience to automate workflows
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, including shell commands and editors
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog/UVM and experience debugging firmware at the RTL level
  • Knowledge of microcontroller-based testbenches and firmware/hardware co-verification
  • Practical experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters (DMM) for IC testing and evaluation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
