About The Position

This position will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services with a primary focus on ASML US projects. The AI Adoption Intern will focus on advancing the adoption and effective utilization of AI-powered Copilot tools. This role will support business transformation initiatives through the creation of learning resources, analysis of adoption metrics, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your Assignment Create and maintain learning resources, including SharePoint pages, training slide decks, and Q&A forums to support Copilot adoption. Analyze sector-specific use cases to identify opportunities for targeted Copilot deployment and adoption. Assess and implement role-specific Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio, customizing solutions to meet business requirements. Engage with the Copilot Ambassador Network, end users, and stakeholders to drive awareness, provide support, and gather feedback. Analyze US adoption and satisfaction metrics related to Copilot usage, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Support change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and training support for new AI tools. Assist in developing and executing communication plans and information management infrastructure to promote Copilot initiatives and drive user engagement. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, information systems, computer science, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, business project management, and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable with delivering presentations, creating slide decks, and producing public-facing content such as SharePoint pages and organizational announcements.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrates acumen and strong interest in utilization of AI tools to drive value and innovation in business environments.
  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and end users across functions and levels.
  • Ability to develop and apply modern solutions (processes, tools, data) that meet business requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment; values diverse perspectives.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
