Our informal mentor program gives interns an opportunity to network throughout Baird and learn about all the areas of the firm. Team Overview: The Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) team monitors the financial performance of Baird’s businesses, and using key metrics and operating results, provides financial analysis and advice to assist with operating and strategic decisions. In addition to current results, FP&A prepares forward looking information including the budget to illustrate future trends in the business. The team works with other Baird departments gathering information to evaluate trends and business opportunities. Internship Location, Availability and Hours: Located in our downtown Milwaukee office, interns must be flexible to work a minimum of 15-20 daytime hours per week during the Spring and Fall semesters and 37.5-40 daytime hours per week during breaks and summer.
