Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in the management of chronic conditions and preventive care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Dedication to providing high-quality and evidence-based medical care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care to patients in an outpatient hospital setting
• Manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
• Conduct routine exams and screenings to promote preventive care and early detection of health issues
• Coordinate specialty referrals for patients as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in the field of Internal Medicine
