The Internist is accountable for attaining budgeted visits, meeting clinical care measures, and locking records within a 72-hour window. The position emphasizes comprehensive, continuous, and coordinated care for adults and the elderly, managing both common and complex illnesses. The Internist will also focus on chronic disease management, health promotion, and the prevention of illness and disability, while providing excellent customer service and care.
