Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active New York State Medical License (Required).
Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, strategic thinking, team-building skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing home services.
Manage and supervise clinical staff within the nursing home settings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences.
Provide direct patient care as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Mentor and support clinical staff in professional development.
