Summary: As a key member in the development and support of Internet/Intranet/Extranet sites, this role collaborates with IT groups and customers to design systems and user interfaces tailored to customer needs. The position involves participation in all development phases, with potential project management responsibilities on special projects. It also ensures the seamless integration and maintenance of Web servers and other supporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of IT work experience in systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online environment.
• Proficiency in multiple technical environments with a specific business area knowledge.
• Ability to work on complex projects requiring analysis and research.
• Strong teamwork and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT groups and clients to define system designs and user interfaces.
• Participate in all phases of development and implementation processes.
• Act as a project manager for special projects as required.
• Ensure integration and optimal functioning of Web servers and supporting systems.
• Conduct system tuning and optimization of data processing.
• Maintain and support the production environment.
• Analyze and research to develop solutions for complex projects.
• Work on various projects, either independently or as part of a team.
• Coach and mentor junior technical staff members as needed.
