About The Position

Davidson Auto Group is looking for an Internet Sales Rep! This position will answer phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries for the Dealership Sales department and help schedule appointments for the potential customer to come in and meet with our experienced Salespeople. The Internet Sales Rep is many customers' first impression of our dealership so we’re looking for someone who’s friendly and energetic! Pay: $18/hr. Hours: Monday - Friday with an occasional Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. If you work a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.

Requirements

• A multi-tasker that can provide great customer service.
• Detail and process oriented.
• Proficient using computers and learning new systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High levels of self motivation.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have at least High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience.
• Previous automotive experience.
• Previous experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails based on leads and inquiries of prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for prospective customers to meet with a salesperson.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
