Requirements

• Auto dealership Internet Sales or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls
• Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Develop pipeline of sales opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
• Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
• Outstanding Customer Service
