Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in automotive sales, internet sales, or BDC management
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly goals
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies and CRM tools (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket)
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills via phone, text, and email
  • Track record of appointment setting, follow-through, and closing deals
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented, competitive mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by managing and converting all incoming internet leads and online inquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to potential customers via email, phone, and text
  • Set appointments, build rapport, and bring customers into the showroom to close sales
  • Monitor and improve lead conversion rates, response times, and communication quality
  • Collaborate with the sales and BDC teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and follow-through
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure lead management best practices are followed
  • Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns to support sales success
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Team Automotive brand with integrity
