About The Position

Join the Heritage Parkville Team as an Automotive Internet Sales Manager! Do you love connecting with people, solving challenges, and working on the phone or computer? Heritage Parkville’s Internet Sales Department is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to help strengthen our online presence. In this role, you’ll reach out to customers using their preferred method of communication and work to bring them into the dealership. You’ll be part of an amazing team and a supportive, collaborative environment—now we just need the missing piece to complete our Internet Sales puzzle. Requirements

  • Successful Sales background, Automotive preferred
  • Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smartphone skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Self-starter but also able to work successfully as a member of a team

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and keep track of all internet submission traffic per assigned brand
  • Ensure proper workflow and productivity of all Sales
  • Work alongside upper management to achieve the required sales goals for the internet per assigned brand
  • Provide knowledgeable sales and phone training to sales staff
  • Ensure professional etiquette is being followed among staff
  • Confirm internet appointments scheduled throughout the week for assigned brands
  • Perform weekly/monthly performance reviews of the sales staff
  • Provide reporting as needed to all management staff
  • Frequent activity reports are being monitored to check for a lack of performance
  • Conflict resolution skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to lead staff and work towards sales goals
  • Available to work an extended schedule per sales requirements
