Requirements

  • Proven experience managing an automotive Internet Sales or BDC team
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and drive results
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Passion for developing people and building long-term success
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre employment drug screen and back ground check

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Internet Sales team
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance coaching
  • Drive appointment generation, lead conversion, and sales volume through proactive customer engagement
  • Ensure timely, professional, and effective follow-up on all internet leads
  • Assign incoming leads strategically to maximize close rates
  • Set clear sales goals, monitor KPIs, and consistently exceed performance targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and enforce best practices
  • Expand lead sources and prospecting opportunities
  • Strengthen customer relationships through follow-up with sales and service clients
  • Guide customers to digital tools and product resources that enhance the buying experience
  • Partner with management to improve processes, market penetration, and customer satisfaction
