The Internet Sales Consultant relays product knowledge and standards through internet sources (i.e., email, social media, etc.). Sets sales and service appointments and initiates service reminders. The Internet Sales Consultant reviews and surveys service and sales prospects for follow-up. Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships within dealership departments. The Internet Sales Consultant provides a seamless transition of customer relationship from sales to service departments. Follows all company guidelines and procedures. The Internet Sales Consultant demonstrates behaviors consistent with Clay Cooley Auto Group values in all interactions with customers, employees, and vendors while prospecting via the internet.
