Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries from potential customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for test drives and sales consultations with the dealership's sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
