Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond quickly to internet sales leads
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to set qualified appointments
• Work with customers throughout their journey, from first contact to final sale
• Provide accurate price quotes, rates, and inventory availability
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles with confidence
• Guide customers through credit application processes
• Stay up-to-date on Nissan products and certifications.
• Track performance, maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and meet monthly goals
