About The Position
The Internet Coordinator position at Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, family-owned dealership. This role is pivotal in setting appointments and driving traffic to the dealership, making it an excellent entry point into the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the dealership's success by effectively managing customer interactions and appointments. As an Internet Coordinator, you will be responsible for making a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily, executing both inbound and outbound phone scripts to build rapport with potential customers. You will also input and maintain information captured during phone calls into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. The role requires you to keep track of your daily calls, emails, and appointments while obtaining minimum call metrics and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will need to handle customer objections with professionalism and provide effective rebuttals to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will organize your workflow to meet departmental timeframes and direct any sales questions to the sales management team. Communication and coordination with internal departments are essential to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position also involves quantifying daily tasks into comprehensive recaps, which will help in assessing performance and areas for improvement.
