Additionally, you will organize your workflow to meet departmental timeframes and direct any sales questions to the sales management team. Communication and coordination with internal departments are essential to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position also involves quantifying daily tasks into comprehensive recaps, which will help in assessing performance and areas for improvement.
