About The Position

The Internet Business Coordinator acts as a referral source for sales agents, assists with management, and provides general administrative support for the digital tools for the marketing department. Monitor and develop digitally generated leads, determine placement and provide follow-up to ensure superior client experience and increase client capture rate from the company’s digital tools. This position acts as a referral source for sales agents, assists with management, design and development of digital lead programs and may provide general administrative support for the department.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent knowledge and experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, ad/digital agency.
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet and e-mail applications. Experience with Google Analytics/Tag Manager/Semrush. CRM applications, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator a ++.  Familiarity with Project Management systems such as Monday.com or Asana.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate and company leaders while maintaining a high level of customer focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the interpersonal ability to work effectively with corporate leadership and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and produce written materials in English, as these duties are essential to the role.
  • Strong analytical abilities and effective problem‑solving skills.

  • Demonstrated experience and interest in AI applications such as ChatGPT, CoPilot or Gemini.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and develop internet‑generated and other digital leads.
  • Determine appropriate lead placement and ensure timely follow‑up to support superior client experiences.
  • Respond promptly to all registered website users, consumer inquiries, and assigned agents.
  • Acknowledge and follow up on showing alerts; reassign leads if agents do not respond within required timeframes.
  • Qualify incoming leads and increase the number of opportunities routed to agents.
  • Assist in designing and executing programs to nurture online leads, including phone and email outreach.
  • Increase client engagement and capture rates from the company website and digital tools.
  • Facilitate coordination with partners and internal teams to deliver value-added offerings.
  • Monitor performance and effectiveness of digital programs and tools related to business generation.
  • Prepare, distribute, and present monthly analytic reports.
  • Maintain and update databases (e.g., agent profiles, client inquiries, contacts, and capture rates).
  • Present monthly analytics and insights on digital tools to leadership.
  • Manage monthly deliverables from digital partners and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Utilize AI solutions and support corporate AI-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate class materials and assist with agent training.
  • Prepare correspondence, communications, and support back‑office workflows.
  • Distribute relocation leads and packages as needed.
  • Support the development of materials and processes that enhance lead nurturing programs.
  • Cross-sell relevant products and services to clients.
  • Perform other duties and corporate initiative support as assigned.
  • Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
  • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected timeframes and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
