About The Position
Covina Kia is currently looking for an Internet Sales Associate to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all guest inquiries with a focus on achieving 100% guest satisfaction. You will work closely with other Internet Sales Associates in a team-based environment, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive. Your primary duties will include receiving inbound calls regarding new and pre-owned vehicles, with the goal of establishing firm appointment dates and times for prospective guests to visit the dealership. You will also be tasked with answering questions and inquiries from guests, providing general or related vehicle sales information in a friendly and professional manner. It is crucial to strictly adhere to all company directions related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Additionally, you will participate in departmental and dealership meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.
