About The Position

JOB TITLE: Internet Assistant DEPARTMENT: Sales/Marketing REPORTS TO: Internet Director and/or Internet Manager BACK UP: Internet Assistant STATUS: Non-exempt PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate updating of lead information, customer information and/or interactions and data via our current internal CRM platform and Dealer Socket program. Assist with other Dealer Socket tasks as needed. Answer phones and transfer to other departments and/or staff members within the company. Contact prospects to qualify leads and assign them to sales staff. Assist with the publication of pictures on the Internet. Provide exceptional customer service as first point of contact. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets and quotas. Collaborate with the sales department to prioritize leads and optimize outreach strategies. Enter new RV Show USA website leads for marketing of upcoming shows. Monitor phone call log throughout each day to ensure calls have been routed properly. Update merged records, factory orders, rollbacks & lead tally spreadsheet from prior days activity. Request & process Used MSRP’s on motorized units for buying department & incoming trade/purchases. Web Control – New & Used Inventory, adding brochure & video links & marking special options for in stock inventory. Check manufacturer websites for updated brochures or floorplans for editing. Update RV Show email templates weekly for sales. New Manufacturer Pricing – Winnebago Pricing, check the portal for updated pricing weekly. Other manufacturers are updated as needed. Adhere to all company policies, SOP’s and guidelines. Provide coverage and/or assistance for other department staff when needed. Keep accurate and legible records. Adhere to all quality, safety, policies, procedures, reporting requirements. Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Organized multitasker and capable of juggling multiple projects.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with CRM or related software.
  • General knowledge of Excel, internet applications and ERP systems.
