About The Position

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in international tax at PwC will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses. The Opportunity As part of the International Tax team you will advise multinational corporations, private equity firms, and private companies on the tax aspects of diligence and structuring deals. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to deepen your knowledge in international taxation and M&A, while building teams that deliver quality results and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
