Position Profile Weaver’s International Tax practice is looking for an Experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing team. The International Tax team assists clients in navigating global legislative developments, meeting global reporting requirements and implementing comprehensive tax strategies. Our International Tax Services consists of compliance, provision, and consulting for both inbound and outbound clients as well as coordination with our foreign network firms. Consulting services include, but are not limited to: tax reform planning and optimization, foreign tax credit planning, structuring of mergers/acquisitions/dispositions, transfer pricing strategies, and treaty analysis. An International Tax Experienced Associate or Senior Associate assists in developing and delivering a client-specific approach to international tax issues through research and planning activities. This individual will be responsible for the preparation of US-international tax forms and performing tax research to formulate tax-planning strategies. The ideal candidate is a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity.
