About The Position
The International Student Support Adviser at Penn State Global plays a crucial role in providing high-quality services to prospective and newly admitted international students. This position is part of the International Student & Scholar Advising (ISSA) team, which oversees immigration compliance and support for approximately 10,000 international students, scholars, and faculty. The adviser will be responsible for advising students on immigration options, evaluating credentials, and serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for visa issuance.
