About The Position
The International Student & Scholar Coordinator will provide superb customer service while overseeing all front desk/clerical functions for the Department and providing Tier-1 student and scholar immigration support. Reporting to the Associate Director for Operations & Outreach of International Students and Scholars Services (ISSS), this role involves greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and assisting students, scholars, and other ISSS visitors in a courteous, friendly, and timely manner. The coordinator will also oversee the pick-up and shipping services of sensitive immigration materials, manage the ISSS email account, and serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for the respective programs. Additional responsibilities include administrative support, managing intake and case tracking for applications, and supporting the development of ISSS orientations and programs.
