The International Student Advisor in International Student Services (ISS) is responsible for immigration advising, preparing, and issuing immigration documents and helping maintain compliance with U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regulations affecting F and J non-immigrant students. The position also supports the development and management of programs that upholds the mission of ISS. This candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple student caseloads and have strong communication skills. Federal regulations require that the International Student Advisor be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident for certification as Designated School Official approved by DHS.
