What You Will Do: Complete shipping documents (e.g. BOL's, UPS, FED EX, and other carriers) as required. Download and maintain shipping systems as required (UPS systems) Drive lifts and operate necessary equipment to pack, wrap and load freight. Insure all order components are loaded on the trucks with correct documentation. Manage shipments. (Primetime, International, etc.) to insure proper carriers make pick up's. Manage MRO shipping supply inventory. Insure all paperwork is turned in so it can be keyed out. What You Need to Succeed: Education: High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with shipping and material movement. Basic computer literacy. Ability to use proper lifting techniques and material movement equipment effectively. Ability to be flexible in role, adjusting to new processes, technologies, or production requirements. Physical Demands: Ability to handle material and parts. Perform repetitive motions (bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, lifting, gripping, and grasping with hands). Standing Duration: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Perform repetitive motions (bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, lifting, gripping, and grasping with hands). Ability to work in environments with noise, chemicals, dust, sharp objects, moving/rotating mechanical parts, and temperature extremes. Why Work for Us?
