Position at Jackson Family Wines Cardinale is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our 2026 harvest team. Responsibilities Following and observing all safe cellar practices. Red fermentation management – pump overs, rack & returns. Additions – yeast, acid, nutrients, SO2 including calculations. The use of all cellar equipment (and most importantly) it’s cleaning & sanitizing. Barrel work – filling, racking and topping. Racking, transferring and the movement of juice and wine. Assist the fruit receival and pressing teams.
