Requirements
Possess the knowledge and skill generally associated with a bachelor’s degree
Experience with management of a multi-volume grocery store
6+ years’ experience with retail grocery store operations from front to back door, financials, and leading people
Fluent bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have the ability to travel outside the US

Responsibilities
Builds relationships with store owners and assists them in making money and growing retail sales. Advises them on all facets of the business, including store merchandising, operations, real estate, human resources, loss prevention, finance, and information systems.
Advises store owners of long-term, broad trends, keeping retailers up to date with the industry's latest thinking.
Keeps retailers informed about competitive activity and helps them increase market share.
Increases sales penetration / retail and wholesale sales.
Affiliates new customers
Responsible for weekly accounts receivable
Maintains sales expenses within budget
Provides sales support informs retailer of new programs and items, industry changes and assists with promotional execution
Communicates and signs up customers for merchandising shows and events
Provide assistance to customers through the product registration process for selling internationally
Provide knowledge of the complex processes and legal requirements to export products to various regions
