About The Position

We are searching for a passionate and devoted International Regulatory Coordinator to join our team! As an International Regulatory Coordinator, you are responsible for preparing and analyzing technical documents for foreign registration of our dietary supplement products, assisting with inquiries from our customers, and reviewing product labels to confirm regulatory compliance. This role requires coordination with our International Wholesale, Domestic Regulatory Operations, Graphic Design, and Laboratory departments. To succeed in this role, you must be well-organized, have excellent attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Science, Biology, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of international export preferred
  • Knowledge of dietary supplement regulations preferred
  • Ability to multitask with precise detail and follow-up reporting
  • Highly independent and self-motivated with the ability to perform well in a team setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient data management and mathematical skills
  • Solution oriented and resolution focused
  • Must be able to be detailed-oriented while meeting project deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Obtains necessary documentation for registration and approval of dietary supplement products in international countries
  • Communicates with ingredient suppliers to obtain the necessary supporting documentation for registration and export
  • Compiles Product Information Forms (PIFs) detailing product formula information
  • Develops Source and Origin Letters as per United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) guidelines
  • Coordinates with the Laboratory department for Certificates of Analysis (CofA) to accompany product shipments
  • Prepares various statements and support letters as needed
  • Coordinates requests with International Wholesale department
  • Proofreads international labels and labeling for spelling and proper grammar
  • Updates and maintains formula manuscripts
  • Provides technical support in response to customer inquiries
  • Assists with domestic Regulatory Operations by developing product formula sheets and proofreading labels
