About The Position
DeRoyal is seeking an International Product Registration Coordinator to join our corporate International team in Powell, TN. This role is crucial in ensuring that all project requests concerning international accounts are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating regulatory requests between internal teams and external resources for in-country registration. This involves clear and effective communication of guidelines and deadlines to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements. The coordinator will partner with multiple internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality and Regulatory, to build project Technical Files or Dossiers necessary for regulatory compliance. This collaboration is essential for notifying the team of any changes to products and product offerings, as well as reviewing how these changes may impact each market. Additionally, the coordinator will create regionally specific marketing materials to assist with the promotion of products and will assist in sourcing products intended for international sales. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. While knowledge of applicable sections of the 21 CFR, 510(k) submissions, and MDR reporting is requested, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in using office equipment such as a ten-key, fax machine, office copier, and computer is required, along with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
