At Northrop Grumman, we are seeking a Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team in Rolling Meadows, IL. This position is critical in ensuring compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations, particularly in the context of export operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and implementing end-to-end export operational processes, conducting in-depth pre-entry and entry gate-keeping reviews, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and improve operational efficiencies. The role involves creating Hardware Shipment Requests for international exports using the Enterprise Export Management System (EEMS) and filing Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). The analyst will prepare and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with internal requirements and government regulations, determine the best transportation methods globally, and manage communication with carriers and interdepartmental personnel regarding delivery issues. Additionally, the analyst will track license balances, handle Carnets and Hand Carry shipments, conduct reviews and assessments related to export activities, and monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
