As an International Personal Cruise Consultant for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in promoting sales to direct consumers in the European Market, specifically targeting Danish-speaking clients. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate calls and act on leads or prospects to identify travel needs, present and explain Norwegian Cruise Line products, and make tailored travel recommendations. This position requires you to establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that you meet customer retention goals and follow up with consumers as necessary to close sales and exceed revenue targets. You will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with both new and existing consumers, utilizing a consumer prospect list and contact database to identify client travel trends. Proactively seeking opportunities to promote and sell Norwegian Cruise Line products based on client travel history will be essential. To succeed in this role, you must acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make informed recommendations, including promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades and onboard credits. Participation in daily team meetings and relevant sales training is crucial to ensure that appropriate sales techniques are employed and accurate information is communicated to direct consumers. You will also be involved in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guest profiles.
