About The Position

The International Move Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all international household shipments - outbound, inbound, and remote. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and a high standard of service throughout the entire move process.

Requirements

• FIDI Training provided within the first year of employment
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Mover’s Suite and other relevant software
• Working knowledge of international routing, pricing, documentation, and service standards is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will take you far in this role
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines while offering first class customer service

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain visibility of all inbound, outbound and remote international shipments
• Coordinate routing and scheduling for packing, pickup, storage, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of international shipments.
• Prepare and process all required international shipping documentation
• Liaise with the Freight Forwarders and international partners as needed
• Respond to rate and service inquiries from sales representatives and customers
• Ensure compliance with international service standards and company procedures
