About The Position
The International Operations Support Manager is the field liaison between the Ultimate Fitness Group (UFG or OTF herein) corporate office and the International Master and individual Franchisees within the Latin America Region. This position will be responsible for areas such as the pre- and post-opening studio operations planning and implementation, so as to maximize the success in all areas of the respective international studios. This position offers support to the Master Franchisees and independent studio owners (where UFG is the Master Franchisee) within the Latin America Region in areas including but not limited to: financial and KPI analysis, operational systems education, implementation & support, membership sales support and marketing management support. Additionally, this role will assist with site selection of new studios and studio development – for the purpose of assisting in the successful growth of the OTF studio network.
