About The Position

The International Customer Service Representative at Hormel Foods Corporation is responsible for processing complex export orders for Hormel Foods International products. This role involves minimal supervision and requires the creation of necessary documentation and correspondence. The representative acts as the primary point of contact for assigned export customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders including plant personnel and freight service providers.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to perform detailed clerical and mathematical work accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bilingual/Multilingual language skills in English and any other language.
