We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to join our Conroe, TX team. You will be working closely with cross-functional groups to assist customers in processing sales orders, resolving simple and complex customer questions, gaining technical knowledge and experience of the manufacturing process and products and building stronger relationships with our customers!
Requirements
- Have earned at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have 4+ years of experience in customer service role, manufacturing customer service preferred
- JD Edwards, SAP or other CRM System, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with international shipping and compliance
- Typing/Keyboard proficiency
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries for pricing, part ordering, order shipment/invoice information and quality and technical data
- Acquire detailed knowledge and business acumen of the products and processes
- Provide high quality communication and professionalism to customers, cross-functional partners and other stakeholders while demonstrating tenacity to meet customer expectations.
- Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Operations, Shipping, Engineering, R&D and Quality departments to solve customer questions and inquiries
- Take initiative to seek answers and raise concerns or issues, work quickly, effectively and professionally, even under stress
