Job Description This role supports international banking clients by enabling effective use of digital self-service platforms for trade and foreign exchange (FX) transactions. The position partners closely with FX, trade, and cross‑functional teams to deliver client trainings, support onboarding, and enhance the overall digital client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically four or more years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct digital platform trainings and live demonstrations for international banking clients, with a focus on trade and foreign exchange (FX) products accessed through online self-service portals.
  • Lead client onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition to digital tools, empowering clients to access reports and execute transactions independently without the need for manual outreach.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, responding to escalations, and coordinating with internal partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with FX, trade, and other internal teams to support client needs and deliver a consistent, high-quality digital experience.
  • Identify opportunities for business process and system improvements, including providing recommendations to enhance digital portals and related technologies.
  • Participate in project initiatives and provide operational support as needed to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
