About The Position
The International Care Coordinator (ICC) at Johns Hopkins Medicine International (JHMI) delivers seamless, high-quality, and culturally appropriate medical care coordination to international patients. As a dedicated single point of contact, the coordinator effectively liaises between various internal JHMI departments (including patient financial services, the international clinical team, marketing, etc.), Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) providers and staff, and external stakeholders such as payors and vendors.
