About The Position

As a(n) International Captain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead a motivated flight crew and Aircraft to accomplish both International and Domestic air travel. Implement Company, Aviation, FAA and ICAO policies, rules and regulations. Determines best practices to ensure safe, efficient and secure travel for specific mission requirements. Supports 3M Company’s mission. Willingness to be on-call.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Twelve (12) years Flying experience, minimum 5000 hours total time and 2500 jet time.
• International flying experience to Europe, Asia and South America
• Current ATP, US Passport, FAA 1st Class Medical and FCC Radio License

Nice To Haves

• Part 91 Corporate experience
• Large Cabin Gulfstream Type Rating
• Military flight training
• Good communication and collaborative skills
