About The Position

As part of the development of its activities in North America, ALTIOS is recruiting an International Business Development Manager to support the expansion of its operations in the United States. The position is open across the US East Coast, with a preference for major international business hubs such as New York, Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. Reporting to the Managing Partner and the US Office Director, you will play a key role in developing ALTIOS’ presence and client base in the United States by leveraging your network within the international business ecosystem. MISSIONS With a strong business development mindset, you contribute to ALTIOS’ growth in the United States by identifying and engaging companies seeking international expansion. You develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the international business ecosystem, including government agencies, trade organizations, financial institutions, clusters, and export support organizations. Leveraging your network, you help position ALTIOS as a trusted partner for companies looking to expand internationally and facilitate business opportunities through strategic partnerships. You identify client needs and position ALTIOS’ integrated service offering, including Strategy & Advisory, Recruitment, HR & Payroll, Subsidiary Management & Accounting, and M&A support. Working closely with the US leadership team and international experts across the ALTIOS network, you contribute to structuring and developing business opportunities across sectors. Organized and proactive, you maintain a structured pipeline using internal tools (CRM/ERP) and actively contribute to the visibility and development of ALTIOS within the US international business ecosystem. PROFILE You have 3–5 years of experience in business development, international trade support, consulting, or ecosystem development. You have experience working within the international trade ecosystem in the US (economic development organizations, trade agencies, clusters, chambers of commerce, financial institutions or export support organizations). You are comfortable developing strategic relationships with institutional and private stakeholders. You are fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus. You combine a strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand companies’ international expansion challenges. You are proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial and international environment. WHY JOIN ALTIOS? Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, international trade support, consulting, or ecosystem development.
