Position Summary: This is a REMOTE role, primarily focused on supporting client projects, of low to moderate complexity, concentrated around multinational employee benefits related matters covering, but not limited to; statutory and customary local country specific benefits including international health & welfare plans (life, accident, short and long term disability, workers compensation, medical, dental, vision and EAP), retirement plans, leaves, incentives, perquisites, multinational pooling, and other HR-related issues. Conducts research and prepares recommendations for consulting team and assists in delivering determined service plan through in-depth research, analysis, reporting & presentation. Systematically draws information from a variety of sources, analyzes and identifies implications of data, draws appropriate conclusions, generates viable alternatives, and evaluates consequences of each solution. The Analyst position provides the opportunity to develop technical knowledge with a particular emphasis on global benefits in order to build a career in professional advisory services for corporate benefit programs.
