The Account Representative performs sales, servicing, and operational functions for the bank’s International Mass Market customers including Non-Resident Aliens (NRA) clients. The Account Representative can effectively identify and resolve the customer's banking needs to ultimately expand share of wallet by providing a high level of customer engagement, including but not limited to, deposit and loan growth and cross functional wealth management referrals. The ideal candidate is able to migrate customers to HVC level accounts ($250k+). Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a “Voyaging Spirit” and being “Positively Ohana”.
