About The Position
Full Sail University is seeking International Admissions Guides who are passionate about connecting with potential international students and helping them find the right degree programs to meet their educational goals. In this role, you will engage with students from around the globe through various communication channels, including phone, email, and Skype. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with these students, understanding their aspirations and guiding them towards the degree programs that align with their career objectives. You will act in the best interest of the students, recommending next steps and scheduling follow-up contacts as necessary. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with Full Sail's support teams to ensure that students receive world-class service throughout their journey. Maintaining a positive experience for students is paramount, and you will need to exhibit a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and exceptional customer service. The environment is fast-paced and competitive, requiring you to thrive under deadlines while keeping a positive demeanor. In addition to the essential duties, you will be expected to adhere to Full Sail's policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality regarding company and personnel information, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values. You may also be assigned additional duties as needed, contributing to the overall success of the admissions team and the university.
