International Accounts Receivable Processor

About The Position

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Processor to post international cash receipts within 24–48 hours of receipt. This role will also involve processing account applications, entering exchange rates into EnterpriseOne, and assisting with reporting as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Two or more years’ related experience required.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The hours for this position are 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Company-paid background check, including credit check, required upon hire.

Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the accurate and timely posting of customer payments.
Ensuring accounts receivable integrity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for international cash posting and accounts receivable functions.
Perform daily posting of international customer payments in the AR sub-ledger.
Scan, balance, and process local deposits for bank submission.
Key daily exchange rates.
Prepare cash receipt application reports for the Credit Department.
Apply credit memos and unapplied cash as directed by the Credit Department.
Reconcile e-Store payment reports.
Assist with accounts receivable reporting.
Support monthly AR to general ledger reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities.
Monitor daily emails and answer phone calls.
Monitor separate email inbox for international remittance advice.
Serve as main contact for questions related to international cash postings.
Provide backup support for team members as required.
