Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of wholesaling experience required.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • This role requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC), determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Three years of related work experience preferred.
  • Progress toward CFP, CFA, or other investment-related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate follow-up from sales executives and other crew.
  • Respond to medium-complexity inquiries from potential and current clients.
  • Partner with the sales team to understand the service requirements of existing and new clients.
  • Coordinate activities between service providers to proactively improve the client experience.
  • Develop presentation materials for clients, advisors, conferences, and internal meetings.
  • Respond to client or prospect inquiries in the sales executive's absence.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, including fund offerings, product and service analysis, fees, and marketing approaches.
  • Coordinate relationships between Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Compliance, Operations, and other teams to ensure client needs are met and new business is supported.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
