About The Position

The Annuity Producer Consultant (Internal Wholesaler) role at Integrity Marketing Group involves collaborating with external sales teams, financial advisors, and insurance agents to drive growth in annuity sales. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in internal or external sales, with knowledge of the annuity industry and basic planning concepts.
• Familiarity with life insurance is a plus.
• Life/Health insurance license or a willingness to become licensed promptly.
• High proficiency in software and technology tools.
• Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working with urgency and autonomy.

• Experience in the insurance industry beyond annuities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Regional Director to develop and execute an annuity sales plan.
• Assist the Regional Director by scheduling appointments and driving attendance at events.
• Generate and identify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up calls.
• Build and strengthen relationships with financial advisors and insurance agents to cultivate new annuity sales opportunities.
• Design, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns, call campaigns, and other sales activities to support growth initiatives.
• Track and report activity metrics using AgencyBloc CRM.
• Provide reactive sales support and act as a subject matter expert on all annuity solutions, including asset-based long-term care (LTC) products.
• Collaborate with the Life, Medicare, and Group Benefits sales teams to uncover and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
• Participate in limited travel for internal office meetings and in-person sales events.
